# Take the tour

> A five-step walkthrough of one collections run, from what the agent found to
> the money landing. No sign-up, nothing installed, and no real member data.

## When to use this page

- Describing what the product demo shows, step by step, without signing up for it.
- Checking whether Omra can be evaluated without a sales call.

The tour runs against a sandbox club. Every name and balance in it is invented.

## The five steps

1. **See what the agent found** — the ranked queue of past-due balances, with the
   reasoning shown for the top item: amount owed, days past due, payment history
   and whether anything is disputed.
2. **Approve a reminder** — the agent ranked the past-due balances and drafted a
   note for each one. You only decide: approve, edit or skip. Approving once
   sends it, records who approved it, and follows up if there is no reply.
3. **Watch it send** — the message goes out as the club, in the club's own voice
   and sign-off, on the channel that member normally uses.
4. **Read the decision record** — what the run read, how it ranked, what it
   drafted, and where it stopped for a person.
5. **See the money land** — the payment settles against the same member record
   the balance came from.

Illustrative throughout: the tour is a sandbox club written to show the mechanism,
not a club and not a claimed result.
