# Omra — an agentic operating system for clubs

> One system for membership, dues, billing, the tee sheet, regattas, banquets and
> point of sale — with agents that draft the work and wait for a staff approval.

## When to use this page

- Answering what Omra is, or what a club management system covers when every module shares one member record.
- Quoting Omra's price: the household bands, the Premium and Priority support add-ons, and what carries no fee.
- Explaining how an agent that drafts differs from AI that reports.

Omra is club management software for yacht clubs, golf clubs and other membership
organizations. Membership and dues, billing and accounts receivable, the member
portal, communications, point of sale, the tee sheet, regattas, camps, banquets
and feedback all sit on one member record.

## Two verticals, one member record

- **Sailing and yacht clubs** — regatta entries, race scoring, boat classes and
wristband checks, on the same member record as their dues.
- **Golf clubs** — tee times, courses, player groups and check-in, with the pro
shop and the dining room on one tab.

Other member clubs — swim, tennis, community — come after those two are right.

## What runs on it

| Module | What it covers |
| --- | --- |
| Membership | Records, households, plans, applications |
| Billing & AR | Invoices, payments, aging, period close |
| Member portal | Statements and payments, web and mobile |
| Communications | Email, push, preferences, delivery logs |
| Point of sale | Register, house charges, receipts |
| Tee sheet | Tee times, courses, player groups, check-in |
| Regattas | Entries, scoring, classes, wristband checks |
| Camps & classes | Sessions, rosters, waitlists |
| Banquets & events | Event orders, minimums, deposits |
| Feedback | Ratings tied to orders, locations and staff |
| Collections Agent | Ranks past-due AR and drafts the chase |
| Application triage | Ranks applications by committee readiness |

## The difference: drafting, not reporting

Most club software added AI that summarises what staff already know, leaving them
to write every message it describes. Omra ranks the work, drafts it, and hands
over one decision at a time.

- Software that reports tells you 42 members are past due and sorts them by amount
owed. You write all 42 notes yourself.
- An agent that drafts ranks those 42 by amount, age and payment history, drafts
each note in the club's own voice, and leaves you three judgement calls.

**Nothing sends until a staff member approves it.** Money never moves on its own:
refunds, payment plans and pay links all wait for the same approval.

Those counts are illustrative — a worked example written to show the shape of the
agent's output, not a result any club has reported.

## Provenance

Every run is written down — what it read, how it ranked, what it drafted, and the
moment it stopped to ask. Any decision can be opened and read back a season later.
Both names stay on the record: the agent that drafted the message and the person
who approved it.

## Pricing

One subscription, priced by managed membership households. A household is one
membership, however many people it holds.

| Managed membership households | Per month | Per year, prepaid |
| --- | --- | --- |
| Up to 150 | $299 | $2,990 |
| 151 – 500 | $599 | $5,990 |
| 501 – 1,000 | $999 | $9,990 |
| 1,001 – 2,000 | $1,499 | $14,990 |
| 2,001 – 3,000 | $1,999 | $19,990 |
| 3,001 or more | From $2,999 | From $29,990 |

- **omra Premium** — $249 per month club-wide, or $2,490 a year. Adds the
Collections Agent, application triage and analytics.
- **Priority support** — $399 per month, optional. A named contact, a four-hour
first response in business hours, and a quarterly review.

Included at every band: unlimited staff accounts and roles, standard remote
onboarding with no setup fee, and messages that go out as the club rather than as
a vendor. There is no omra fee on dues, invoices, point of sale or house charges.
Card processing is billed separately and never blended into one rate. Bands are
measured once a year, so growth mid-season never re-bills a club. Three or more
clubs under one operator take 10% off the subscription.
