# Contact Omra

## Email

**hello@clubomra.com** — a monitored alias that both sends and receives. It is the
right address for a sales question, a pricing question, a support question, a data
protection or subprocessor query, or a request to know what omra holds about a
member.

## Book a demo

**https://cal.com/clubomra/demo** — thirty minutes, run against your club's own season and
membership. Nothing to install and nothing to sign.

## What to expect

Omra is a small team and there is no call centre. Email is answered by a person.
Clubs on the Priority support add-on have a named contact and a four-hour first
response in business hours; everyone else is answered as fast as the team can.

## Data protection

A club is the controller for its own member data, and omra is the processor acting
on that club's instructions. Send data protection requests to hello@clubomra.com. The
current subprocessor register and the register of where omra uses AI are both
